In the previous article on how to lose weight in 2 weeks, I mentioned about being mentally prepared. It is a very important thing to do. But it is not the only thing left. There is more to do thereafter. Remember I said you got 2 weeks to attain some weight loss. Of course, it might not be a phenomenal weight loss but at least you lost some weight. So now you know that you have to pick a suitable diet and be focused. So what else can you do?
Since we know previously, that you lose weight when your body burns more calories than what you take in. All we have to do now is to make sure that the calorie burning process is optimized. Since we are learning how to lose weight 2 weeks there could be various ways you can get into help enhance your weight loss. But this is what I did.
The best way to make sure the muscles get all the nutrients, vitamins, minerals and burn calories is to move around more. You also need to get your heart pumping blood that will allow a better circulation in your body. I bet you might be thinking that I am talking about exercising. Well it is an option but you do not need to do it. We need to do something that requires movement and make sure it is something you like. For me I got a hobby, yes I did get a hobby. We are learning how to lose weight in 2 weeks, so give it a chance.
You can simply pick any hobby you like but it has to be something that requires you to move around. I took up gardening, some people might think it is not that intensive. Like I said, as long it requires movement it can be chosen. Even if you decide to take a walk in a park or read book while you walk up and down in your home, its all good.
A simple hobby is good enough to kick start your weight loss. The idea is too get you to burn up more calories daily by doing simple activities that will not affect you physically. When you understand that you will burn more and more calories when you are active. Than you can figure out what you can do to enhance it. It is a learning process when you learn how to lose weight in 2 weeks. You might end up picking something and feel that you are not burning enough calories.
It is normal to feel like that. It boils to trial and error as well. There is no point in following some standard plan given by a professional when you do not like it. You can lose weight the way you want. Only issue is that you might see little or maybe a lot of weight lost. Since we now understand that we got to have a solid diet plan, we must also understand something else. That is being mentally prepared for it. You have to understand that in 2 weeks you can lose weight but do not expect it to be a huge weight loss. Many of us want to lose weight in the shortest period of time and afterwards we either choose to maintain it or forget about it. Losing weight or putting the weight back on is not the problem. Losing weight is not a problem? Quite ironic isn’t it. But its true, I have seen personally and tested many methods out. Of course the methods needed to have a scientific proof to back it up. So now you know you can progress throughout your weight loss period. So how to lose weight in 2 weeks?. There are a few things you need to do. The first part will be discussed in this article. Firstly, you need to plan out on what you are going to do with your current food diet. Before you can think about the 2 weeks weight loss, you have to make changes in your kitchen. The easier solution would be to spend on best meal replacement bars or best meal replacement shakes etc. You should only consider buying if you want to, do not let it be a compulsory issue.
If you really want to know how to lose weight in 2 weeks, you have to make sure you are committed. Once you start there is no turning back. Well you can stop as and when you want but it will be a waste wouldn’t it be. Moving onto the diets. The beginning stages requires you to change your diet. At the same time you have to avoid unnecessary food types and snacks.

But to make it easier for yourself, try to go on diets for breakfast, lunch and dinner differently. I prefer to use oatmeals for breakfast. I feel that I have lost more weight that way. So you have to pick other types of diets for lunch and dinner. In my experience I suggest you do not make a lot of changes to lunch. When it comes to dinner you can have it simple as you want.

Cause sometimes when you make changes beforehand you might feel you could be better off with having a bigger breakfast and cut down on lunch. Time is crucial just do not forget that and also if you keep on giving yourself chances and excuses, It will be harder to move on.
To sum it up, plan out diets that are suitable for you. Make sure you use the 3 days wisely to test it out. This is the diet you are going to use all way. Do not think that when you know how to lose weight in 2 weeks means you can lose a lot of weight. It’s a progressive start to get you motivated to lose more weight healthily. Most importantly, these plans can only work if you put in effort. So start now plan something out do not waste time.
