Thirdly, moderate amounts of dairy products, fish, poultry and read meat are consumed. Fourthly, eggs are eaten no more than 4 times weekly. Lastly, wine is drunk with moderation.

Such a diet can help people to prolong their life. The diet contains vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants and proteins etc. To make full of this diet it is best to work out as well.
