Looks like there is a new type of weight loss method is going to be available to everyone to assist them in losing weight which will be mostly fat loss. The method is called Human Chorionic Gonadotro-phine weight loss program. The program uses a natural hormone that is combined with a low calorie diet. This will result in the body releasing the extra fat stored in the cells of body for energy. Of course, when such a program is available there will be participants. It seems that the people who followed it have lost about 30 to 36kg within two 6 weeks sessions. Sadly, it is not a something that you can do at home with ease. It has to be medically supervised by the professionals. The program will make the body`s metabolic rate to go higher. When such an event occur the body fat present in the body will decrease resulting in weight loss.

The medication itself does not help in losing weight. What it basically does is distribute fat around the body more efficiently and reduce hunger and uneasiness that happens when you are on a low calorie diet. In other words it does not do much alone. Still a proper diet is required. Usually, when we want to lose weight the body will not use the fat first but use glycogen that is stored in the liver than after going for lean muscle that it needs for energy.

Usually it focuses on areas like hip, thighs, abdominal and the arms. It was estimated that about 2000 to 3000 calories worth of stored fat is released for daily energy usage for the body. What it means is that, during your initial days when you are on a low calorie diet you will be hungry and tired but after a few days with hCG you will not be tired and not so hungry. Which means you can continue with a low calorie diet much longer and healthily.

But still that does not mean you can just go about eating whatever you want and expect the hCG to work for you. Most of participants got the best results in 6 weeks by only going on low calorie diet. Many have lost more than 10kg in 6 weeks alone. So yes if you do have a busy schedule or you are obese this is a good method to take up on for your weight loss.
