I’ve used dozens of fad diets over the last ten years but remained overweight and therefore felt like I was a failure, which I see now I wasn’t. I’ve been taking Alli for about 9 weeks now and have lost a continuous 2 pounds a week (about 18 pounds so far) and I think what has kept me going this time is the ability to eat whatever I like (but keeping an eye on the fat and carbs) as well as the motivation spurred by my quick weight loss and new (actually old!) wardrobe. This is the only diet that has ingrained in me how to eat whatever I like in moderation, which should have been the key the whole time. Once I reach my goal weight I will never allow myself to gain more than 5 pounds without immediately losing it, using Alli again if I need to. Jennifer (alli56.wordpress.com)
